Come join us at the Green Electronics Council’s Emerging Green 2015 conference (September 22-24, 2015 in Portland, OR)! Xergy’s Peter May-Ostendorp will be speaking in the “Greener Cloud” track on “Standards for a Greener Cloud”. He will discuss the universe of standards, programs, and metrics currently available to enable greener data center design and operation (including some still in development), and highlight gaps in coverage that require further effort. In cooperation with leading global conferences, Emerging Green is the premiere international green-electronics conference in 2015. Emerging Green 2015 will convene global entities and thought leaders to explore the key advances, research, opportunities and challenges of sustainable electronics. Over three days, participants will learn about and discuss these issues with leaders from the global electronics industry, their suppliers and service providers, purchasers, non-governmental organizations, researchers, recyclers and others interested in the current and future state of green electronics.
